Florida Home Management provides a preventive home-maintenance membership. It is not a home warranty, an insurance product, a professional home inspection, or an emergency-response service. Nothing on this Site, including any description of services, should be understood as a guarantee of the condition of any home system or component.

Membership Services

Descriptions of membership pricing, scope, and terms on this Site are provided for general informational purposes and are subject to change. Enrollment in any Florida Home Management membership, and the specific services, pricing, and terms that apply to a member, are governed by a separate written services agreement signed between Florida Home Management and the member, which controls in the event of any conflict with this Site.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by Florida Home Management Services LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print Site content for personal, non-commercial use only.

Third-Party Services

This Site uses third-party infrastructure to operate, including web hosting services and Google Fonts for typography. Use of those third-party services is subject to the applicable third party’s own terms and privacy practices.
