Florida Home Management Services LLC (“Florida Home Management,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit floridahomemanagement.com (the “Site”) or submit a request through our contact form.

  • Contact form information. When you submit the contact form on this Site, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, property address, community or HOA name, home type, whether the property is your primary or seasonal residence, how you heard about us, and any message or details you choose to share.
  • IP address. We collect and temporarily retain the IP address associated with a form submission to help us apply reasonable limits on repeated automated submissions (rate limiting) and to help identify and reduce spam.
  • Hosting and technical information. Our Site is hosted on WordPress-based hosting infrastructure, which may automatically log standard technical information, such as browser type, device type, and access times, as part of normal web server operation.
  • Fonts. This Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser may request font files directly from Google’s servers, which can involve transmission of your IP address to Google in accordance with Google’s own privacy practices.

How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • respond to your request and evaluate whether we currently serve, or plan to serve, your community;
  • contact you by phone, email, or mail regarding your request;
  • maintain an internal record of inquiries and communications;

How We Share Information

  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Site and deliver email, including our website hosting provider, our email delivery service, and Google (for website analytics), solely for the purpose of operating the Site and responding to your request.
  • We may disclose information if required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Florida Home Management, our members, or others.

Cookies and Tracking

This Site uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use the Site, including pages viewed, general device and location information, and interactions such as clicking a phone number, selecting a “Request a Home Assessment” link, or completing the contact form. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies, and the information it collects is processed by Google in accordance with Google’s privacy policy. We do not send the contents of your contact-form submission, such as your name, email address, phone number, or property address, to Google Analytics. You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your information by using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or your browser’s cookie controls.

This Site does not use advertising cookies. The contact form sets a short-lived cookie so that a completed submission can be counted once. Standard technical cookies necessary for the Site and our WordPress hosting platform to function may also be used.

Data Retention

We retain contact-form submissions and related information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations, after which the information may be deleted or archived.

Your Choices

You may contact us by phone or mail, below, to ask about the information we have collected about you, to request that we correct it, or to request that we delete it, subject to legal and legitimate business recordkeeping needs. Because we do not maintain a public account system on this Site, we verify these requests using the contact information you provide to us.

Children’s Privacy

This Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
