Florida Home Management is exploring a monthly home care membership for homeowners in select Florida communities, with an initial focus on 55+ communities.

For a proposed $299 per month, membership would include a scheduled monthly visit for routine tasks such as replacing air filters and light bulbs, checking for minor leaks, and identifying maintenance needs. The proposed membership would also include annual driveway and front sidewalk pressure washing and storm preparation assistance.

Owned and operated by licensed general contractors, our team would also help coordinate work requiring licensed trade contractors. That work would be separately quoted and is not included in the monthly membership.
