We schedule your initial walkthrough.
If the service is a good fit, we schedule a walkthrough to document your home’s systems and begin developing its ongoing maintenance plan.

Why Service Availability Is Limited
Florida Home Management is intentionally expanding one community at a time. Concentrating our members within carefully selected neighborhoods allows us to provide more consistent scheduling, dependable service and greater familiarity with every home we manage.
If we are not currently serving your community, you may still submit your address. We will let you know when membership becomes available in your area.
If several homeowners in your community are interested, ask about community launch availability.

Does submitting a request enroll me in the membership?
No. Submitting the form only allows us to review your property and contact you regarding availability. You can review the membership details and agreement before making any commitment.
How much does membership cost?
The core Florida Home Management membership begins at $299 per month. Optional services, specialized work and additional materials are priced separately.
What if you do not currently serve my community?
You may still submit your property information. We are actively expanding into carefully selected South Florida communities and will contact you when service becomes available in your area.
